| Stay AheadTM - A Kale Thought Leadership Summit |
| The Revenue Accounting (RA) function in the airline business has been experiencing significant change in character owing to changing industry landscape, enhancement in technology options and availability of an array of solutions and vendors. Even with the fast-paced evolution, there was an apparent lack of forums for revenue accounting executives to discuss their issues, concerns and share breakthrough ideas. In 2008, Kale Consultants initiated a unique industry-wide initiative at defining “The Future of Revenue Accounting”. Stay AheadTM – A Kale Thought Leadership Summit has turned out to be a unique get-together of industry decision makers geared towards facilitating a thought provoking discussion on the future of RA. |
| So far, Kale has successfully organized the Stay Ahead summits at Miami (USA), Bangkok (Thailand), Montreux (Switzerland), San Francisco (USA), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Istanbul (Turkey) & Macau (People's Republic of China) with wide Industry participation. Attended by over 150 senior level executives of the RA function from various airlines, the summit has effectively filled in a much needed void. The series has been hailed as a first-of-its kind initiative, at bringing together the revenue accounting heads from various geographies and types of airlines, along with key experts at Kale. It has developed as a springboard for industry initiatives that drive the requirements of tomorrow and to collectively build the “thought” process for next generation solutions in the RA domain. |
The 8th edition of this successful series is going to take place in Barcelona, Spain from 15th to 17th June, 2011.
